Three of the bedrooms have king beds and private bathrooms. The other two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with twin bunk beds, share a large hall bathroom.

The interior was designed and appointed by a highly acclaimed local designer. The private pool wraps around the back of the house. There is a covered deck and sun deck around the pool with lounge chairs and tables.
